Policies
Your appointments are very important to us. It is reserved just for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancelation
Under 48 Hours
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of your
scheduled service amount. We understand emergencies and illness occur. If this is the case, please call and you will not be charged for this type of cancellation. Communication is important.
Late Arrival
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.
No Show
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged 75% and will not be able to reschedule unless this fee is paid in full.
